Max & Gucka
Southport July 4th CelebrationHi, I am Max and that’s Grandpa, I call him Gucka. WOW!  This is the very first parade I have ever been- live in Greensboro, NC with my Mom & Dad, (I was born there).  My Grandma & Gucka live in Southport near the beach, which is really cool.  Picnics are best fun at the beach, nest to feeding the birds at Whittler’s Bench at the river.

My Grandma grew up in Virginia so she is really a southern girl, but Gucka grew up in northern Wisconsin.  I don’t even think he ever saw the ocean before.  Grandma loves being back here.

The parade was great especially the clowns riding on Go Carts and the big Red Fire Engines with the people inside blowing the siren and ringing the bell.  Bull Frog Corner is a magical place, Grandma took me there and I got to pick out a toy, she was not to happy about the laser gun- guess she’s just not used to boys, H’mm, you would think so, she’s been with Gucka a long time.

My Mom & Dad work real hard- I would love to live in Southport.   Mom is a doctor, my dad takes care of me and is really smart and a great teacher.  We have a dog Abe, he is a yellow lab and thinks he is Marley’s brother.  my parents are sure he is.  Abe loves to be at the beach, labs like to fetch and swim you know.
